The Food

At Stratton House Retreats we grow a wide range of fruit, vegetables and herbs that we use in our cooking. Look out for the orchard, vegetable patch, herb garden and edible flowers.

The vegetarian menus vary significantly by season and are supplemented by produce from Riverford Organic. They are all based on optimising gut health by having a wide diversity of plants and cooking everything from whole foods.

Let us know ahead of time what plants you love and which ones you would rather not see and we will do our best to cater the menus to make sure you enjoy every bite.
